1.目的 Purpose

为了有效管理本公司生产所需之模具的验收、更改及保养维护,使生产能顺利运作,并延长使用寿命,保持模具均处于适用状态。确保符合规定要求。规定了对生产所使用模具进行控制管理的方法。

To ensure Tools are effectively managed, it must be inspected, repair and maintain, according to the recommended preventive maintenance requirements, so that Production is able to run as normal, prolong Tools shelf-life and in good conditions all the time..

2.范围 Scope

使用于本公司所使用的模具的管理活动。

Applicable to all the tooling used in the company

3.定义 Definition

模具管理:对模具进行登录、使用过程进行监控。

Tooling Manage: Enteringwatching and controlling for tooling.

5.职责 Responsibility

5.1模具部负责模具的使用和日常保养。

Tooling should using tooling and daily maintenance.

5.2确保模具处于正常状态,符合技术标准要求。

Insure mold to order, accord to standard require.

6.程序 Procedure

6.1模具的外包及跟踪:

Tooling’s outsourcing and follow-up

6.1.1本公司所使用的模具产权属客户所有。客户通过本公司委托外承包商设计制造,在委托外承包商设计、制造期间由模具部负责跟踪。

All tools used in the company belong to the customers. The tooling design and manufacturing are outsourced and Tooling Department is responsible to follow –up during its manufacturing process.

6.1.2跟踪办法 Follow-up process

6.1.2.1本公司提供产品图纸由承包商进行模具设计,经本公司审核方可制作。并将图纸要求、验收标准和进度计划与被承包方洽谈,提供必要的技术资源。

Sourcing shall provide approved product drawing to the sub-contractor for tools design. Engineering team shall discuss the drawing requirements, inspection standard and schedule with the sub-contractor. Engineering shall provide any technical support as required.

6.1.2.2由模具部负责追踪考核为承包商所协议订单的内容及制程是否依照图示所列之材质,加工方法要求特性等制作。

Tooling shall follow-up all the PO and Manufacturing Process requirements to ensure material used, special characteristics are meeting the drawing requirements.

6.1.2.3进度的跟踪由模具部负责人依据客户要求负责与外包商协商完工交货的日期,并要求外包商提供一份(模具完成计划)作为更催的依据。

Tooling shall keep track the progress of the Tools according to the Customer schedule. Request a copy of the Tooling plan from the Tooling sub-contractor as a follow-up.

6.2模具的验收Tool Inspection

6.2.1客户提供之模具由模具部取回之后,送交模具部以试制方式检验,并由质量部作首检,合格后在“模具验收单”上签章。

Upon receipt of the Tool, trial run inspection shall be arranged. First piece inspection shall be submitted to QA for verification. Once it’s accepted, “Tooling check Form” shall be stamped as Accept.

6.2.2所有模具必须依“客户别模具颜色一览表”所设定颜色作外观涂装,以利色别管理。

All tools must be painted according to the “Color List for Customer’ Tools shall be managed by color difference.

6.3模具的记录 Tooling Record

6.3.1.1新模具验收合格后,由模具部建立“模具履历卡”和“模具修理记录卡,”。

Upon acceptance of the new Tool, Tooling Department shall setup “ Tooling History Card” and “Tooling Modification Record” for traceability purpose.

6.3.1.2 产品零件加工完后,必须填写模具履历卡,登录加工数量,做好模具保养记录。模具还(入)库前,检验人员必须对末件产品合格与否进行确认。

After production completion, Tooling personnel must write down the number of punch on the Tooling History Card and prepare record for tooling maintenance. Before returning of the tooling, inspector must do last piece buy-off to assure tooling acceptance.

6.3.1.3 产品零件在加工过程中,如由于模具原因发现质量问题必须停产。同时在模具使用履历卡上写明质量状态后,;连同模具一起送模具部进行维修。

During Production, if there is any Quality issue caused by the Tools, stop Production immediately. Record the Quality issue on the Tooling History Card and send the Tools to the maintenance workshop for repair.

6.3.2模具之编号 Tooling number

6.3.2.1本公司的模具编号以客户别所提供产品编号作为模具之编号。

The tooling serial number is the same as the part number of that Customer.

6.4模具的设定条件 Tooling setup

吨位参照相关“产品作业指导书”规定。

Tonnage: Refer to the “ Working Instruction” for the description.

冲切速度参照“常用模具最高限速”中的规定。

Press speed: Refer to ” Tip-Top Speed Limit or Common Tool” for the spec information.

6.5定期清点与检验,保养:

Periodic count, inspect and maintenance:

6.5.1属“客户别模具一览表”所列管之模具每六个月清点一次。

Check and count the Tools from the “Customer Tool List” every 6 months.

6.5.2无生产定单之模具由模具部负责储存在规定区域内。

Tools without any Production Order shall be stored in a special designated area.

6.5.3全盘尺寸检验,之项目由质量部制定。

Quality Department shall define the items for “Full Dimensional Check”.

6.5.4 模具的保养 Tooling Maintenance

6.5.5.1模具的保养时间依照[模具的日常保养指导书]进行模具保养。

Preventive Maintenance shall be done according to the “The Daily Maintenance Instruction of Tooling” schedule.

6.5.5.2模具需要保养时,由生产主管填写“模具修理通知,随模具送交模具部保养。根据模具的使用频次和状况编制月维护保养计划,由模具部负责人审核。

When Tools require Preventive Maintenance, Production supervisor shall fill-in “Tooling Modification Notice” and send it together with the Tool to Tooling Department. Based on the Tool usage frequency and condition, Tooling personnel shall arrange a monthly Preventive Maintenance Plan and approved by the Tooling responsible personnel.

6.5.5.3模具维修人员依照[模具的日常保养指导书]进行模具保养,并在规定时间内完成。

Tooling personnel shall follow “The Daily Maintenance Instruction of Tooling” to carry out Preventive Maintenance and this shall be done within the specified time.

6.5.5.4保养后,保养记录由模具部登入“模具修理记录卡”和“模具履历卡”。

After maintenance, update the records on “Tooling Modification Record” and “Tooling History Record”

6.6不良送修 Repair due to poor Quality

6.6.1模具在试制过程中发现模具尺寸有问题时,由模具部负责与外承包商协商解决。

During Tooling trial run, there are deviation of dimensions, Tooling personnel shall be responsible to work with the sub-contractor to resolve the issues.

6.6.2量产中质量部发现模具损坏需要研磨者,通知生产部,由生产部填写“模具修理通知”随模具送交模具部维修,送交记录由模具部登入“模具修理“记录卡”及“模具履历卡”。

Tooling was damaged due to wear and tear during mass production, QA shall inform Production Department which will fill-in and submit “Tooling Fix Notice” and send the tool to Tooling Department for repair. Record on “Tool Modification Record” and “ Tooling History Record” shall be updated..

6.7模具变更 Tooling Change

6.7.1模具变更时机 Tooling Change Opportunity

6.7.1.1为改善模具功能而作变更。

To revise the tooling to improve the function of the Tools

6.7.1.2客户要求变更规格、尺寸时作模具变更。

Customer ECN, Tooling dimensions need to be change.

6.7.2模具变更执行办法 Tooling change procedure

6.7.2.1由模具部根据具体变更提出模具变更办法,并提请权责主管核准。

Tooling Department shall refer to the Tool change requirements and propose the way to change the tool and submit it to responsible personnel for approval.

6.7.2.2模具变更办法核准后,由模具部负责对模具进行变更。

Upon approval of the proposed change, Tooling Department will be responsible to

proceed with the Tool change.

6.7.2.3若属客户要求对模具之变更,应书面知会客户核准后方可执行量产。

If the tooling change was requested by the customer, written approval is required from the Customer prior to mass production.

6.7.2.4模具变更后,应对所有相应之技术文件做出适时修改。

After tooling change, update all the relevant documents affected by the change immediately.

6.8报废 Scrap

6.8.1模具经使用发现损坏或磨损,无法修复时,由模具部填写“模具报废申请单”经PM与客户协商后确定给予报废,并由PM申请制作新品补充。

Tools damaged due to wear and tear and it’s beyond repair, tooling department shall fill-in “Apply for Tooling Scrap”. PM shall discuss with the Customer to scrap the Tools. Upon approval, the tool can be scrapped. PM shall request for a new tooling as a replacement.

6.8.2根据《模具报废申请单》,模具部应在“客户别模具一览表”上消帐,

Follow Apply for Tooling Scrap, Tooling Department shall remove the Tool record from “Customer Tooling List” and Finance shall remove this from the account.

6.9模具消耗性备件的更换计划Replacement plan for tool spare parts

6.9.1.1模具的备件分为一级备件、二级备件。

Tooling spare parts are classified to level I and level II.

6.9.1.1.1一级备件指缺少末道工序的半成品备件。

Level I spare part is referring to the semi-finished goods without the last process.

6.9.1.1.2二级备件指备件加工用原材料。

Level II component is referring to the tooling spare parts used in the raw materials.

6.9.2替代品的使用需经客户的指定和批准。

Any substitute shall be agreed upon or approved by the Customer.

6.10定期检讨分析及改进 Review and Improve periodically

6.10.1模具日常保养。

Tooling Daily Maintenance

6.10.2[全盘尺寸检验]频率的调整。

The frequency of Full Dimensional Check

6.10.3模具设定人员与操作人员工作方法检讨。

Tooling set up personnel and Operators shall review the working method.

6.10.4消耗性备件定期更换时间之检讨。

Periodic review of the spare parts replacement.

6.10.5替代厂商替代品可用性之检讨。

The usability review for substitute parts and second source.

6.11培训 Training

6.11.1模具部技术人员培训由模具工程师依照[模具装置工培训程序]来进行。

Tooling technician shall be trained by the Tooling Engineer according to the “Tooling Installation Operations Training Procedure”

6.11.2培训内容及结果由模具工程师记录在“技术人员培训表”中。

The training content and result shall be recorded in “ Technician Training Record” by the Tooling engineer
