尊敬的各位家长：大家好！
感谢你们在百忙之中抽时间来参加今天的家长会，从各位家长到会的情况可以看出，你们对孩子的教育非常重视，也非常感谢你们对学校和班级工作的大力支持与帮助。我们今天能有机会坐在一起，是为了一个共同的目的，那就是为了孩子的学习、为了孩子进步.今天我们这次家长会的议题主要有以下几个方面：1、泡泡中队班级介绍；2、期中考试的情况；3、前半期活动介绍，让家长了解孩子前半期在学校的一些比较具体的活动内容；4、需要家长配合的相关内容；5、学校后期的主要的工作。
一、下面我先介绍一下我班的基本情况
我们班有学生22人，其中13位男生，9位女生。从一年级接班到现在，也快有1年了，我非常喜欢这班的孩子，自信、聪明、上进，又很活泼。本次期中考试学生进步都很大，大多数同学能够做到按时到校，遵守纪律，和同学友好相处，上课专心听讲，认真完成各科作业，做好值日工作。下面我就来简单的分析一下期中考试的情况。（略）

三、针对孩子出现的不良行为习惯进行矫正。
大部分孩子对学习很有兴趣，都能积极向上，养成上课认真听讲、大胆发言的习惯这几年接触下来，发现了他们身上越来越多的闪光点：
首先是自信。这主要表现在班级管理上。我是根据孩子自身的特点和能力，给每个孩子安排了管理岗位，采用的是部分固定部分轮流的形式，每个孩子都有自己的岗位。我发现几乎每个孩子都能胜任自己的工作，没有哪个孩子惧怕过自己的工作，或担心自己工作做不好，每天，我们总能看到一批昂首挺胸的管理员在管理着班级中方方面面的工作。
其次很强的荣誉感。一个班级的凝聚力特别重要，直接影响着班风班貌，而要一个班级有凝聚力，首先就是要培养孩子的集体荣誉感。到了二年级，我们班的孩子班级荣誉感比以前更强了，做什么事情也都能顾虑到班级。这方面，我是很注重的，什么事情都以班集体为重，

升入二年级后，应该说每个孩子无论从行为习惯、遵规守纪还是学习能力等方面都有了很大进步。但孩子毕竟是孩子，他们还处于行为习惯的养成阶段，自制能力还很差，不可避免地会出现一些不良行为习惯。经过这段时间的观察和教育引导，我认为孩子们目前存在的主要的不良行为习惯有以下几个方面
1、个别学生时间观念不强，表现为不能按时上学，有迟到现象。2、自制力太差，表现为上课做小动作，不注意听讲，与同桌或前后座同学小声说话，上课闹着玩。
3、学习不认真，敷衍，表现为作业书写差，马马虎虎，错误较多，作业书写不规范不工整且错误较多。以上主要是指家庭作业。4、孩子动作慢。
5、家庭作业不按时完成，等到第二天上学后再匆忙赶写；不交作业，理由是忘了写或丢到家里6、爱动手打人，经常被告老师。7、说脏话。
8、做值日不主动，不积极，有时忘记。9、过于自我，不爱帮助同学。
10、不爱运动，下课也不出去活动，体育课表现不积极。
