浅谈飞机维修企业的创新

【摘要】目前，中国飞机维修企业的创新意识匮乏，发展滞后，应该通过培养创新人才，培养人员创新意识，建立创新机构，健全创新管理制度，建设创新企业文化，养成创新习惯，从而实现企业的可持续发展，推动中国民航维修业的进步。

【Abstract】At present， Chinese aircraft maintenance company innovation consciousness scarcity， through the cultivation of innovative talents， training of staff awareness of innovation， the establishment of innovation mechanism， improvement of the management system， the construction of corporate culture of innovation， creativity habit， so as to realize the sustainable development of enterprises， promote China's civil aviation repair industry progress.

1 飞机维修企业为什么要进行创新

在党的十八大报告中提到78次“创新”，“不断推进理论创新、制度创新、科技创新、文化创新以及其他各方面创新”、“实施创新驱动发展战略。科技创新是提高社会生产力和综合国力的战略支撑，必须摆在国家发展全局的核心位置。要坚持走中国特色自主创新道路，以全球视野谋划和推动创新，提高原始创新、集成创新和引进消化吸收再创新能力，更加注重协同创新”、“加快建设国家创新体系，着力构建以企业为主体、市场为导向、产学研相结合的技术创新体系”等等。
