碱木质素基硬质聚氨酯泡沫的合成及其力学性能表征 ’

摘要以造纸黑液中提取的碱木质素为原料,代替10%~25%的聚醚多元醇与多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯
(PAP/)合成了碱木质素基硬质聚氨酯泡沫。通过对材料的拉伸性能、冲击性能、弯曲强度、弹性模量及傅立叶变换 红外(兀1R)分别分析了碱木质素质量分数对泡沫的力学性能影响,结果表明,木质素的添加有利于提高材料的力学 性能。"3木质素代替1-5%多元醇时,其力学性能最佳,此时力学强度可以达到工业硬质聚醚型聚氨酯泡沫的国家标准。
