Commitment of quality assurance
本公司在此承诺，在中标后本公司将对所有本公司承建的钢结构工程作出以下质量保证（附件4中的质量保证）：
In this commitment,Our Company will, after a successful bid, make the quality assurance of the steel construction which we served as follows: (Appendix 4 of the Quality Assurance: 1. 保证期限
Warranty period 双方同意工程不同部分的保证期限如下并认可其已超过中国法律规定的最低保证期限：
Both sides agreed to the following warranty period of different parts of constrution and recognized that it is more than the minimum warranty period according to Chinese law : (1 基础工程及结构工程（包括所有钢结构构件）为 年或雇主要求中可能规定的更长期限；
Foundation engineering and structural engineering (including all steel structure components is
years or longer period as the employer may be specified; (2 所有屋面和立面材料，包括但不限于室内排水沟落水管和所有影响建筑物整体防风雨性的相关附件（泛水板，紧固件等）- 年
All roofing and wall materials, including but not limited to indoor gutters 、drains pipes and all accessories of which related to the constrution's performance of anti-wind &anti-rain(flashing plate, fasteners, etc. -

Waterproof projects, including roof, wall, grounds and walls which need waterproof (toilet, shower, etc. for years;

2. 质量保证责任
Responsibility for quality assurance
以下责任仅在签发履约证书之日起适用，适用合同的其他规定。
The following responsibilities are applied only begin from the issue date of performance certificate ，and applicable to the other item of the contract.
(1对于包含在本质量保证范围内的项目，承包人应当修补在适用保证期限内通知其的任何缺陷。承包人在收到缺陷通知后最多7日内应当派人进行上述修补。如果承包人未在上述同意的期限内派人修补，雇主可聘请他人修补。雇主聘请他人修补所发生的任何损失、费用应作为承包人的债务由承包人清偿。承包人对雇主请求修补缺陷作出反应但如果发现不是本保证项下的缺陷，则承包人所发生的任何损失、费用应作为雇主的债务由雇主清偿。
for quality assurance included within the scope of this project, the contractor shall fix any defect notified within the applicable warranty period. Contractor should carry out such repair works in up to 7 days after receiving notice of defects . If the contractor workers is not sent within the agreed period of repair, the employer may hire others to fix. The cost of any repair works and any damage occurred by the workers should be the contractor's debt. Responding to the request of the employer, contractor remedy defects that does not relate to this guarantee, the cost of the contractor should be settled by the employer.
(2如果发生要求立即修补的事故（如水或气泄露），承包人在收到事故通知后立即到达事故现场。在非因工程或其任何部分中的缺陷或影响工程或其任何部分的缺陷引起的事故情况下，应雇主要求发生的修补费用应由雇主承担。
