As we all know, junk food, such as hamburgers, is high in fat and calories. So eating too much junk food is bad for you. It may taste nice, but it can also make you overweight. Even worse, it can lead to heart disease and cancer. So I strongly suggest that you shouldn’t eat junk food any more.
In my opinion, you should develop a good eating habit to make sure that you have a balanced diet. You'd better eat three meals every day, and eat more fresh fruit and vegetables.
