摘 要 技术技能型人才是指具有一定技术应用能力的高技能人才。引入这一概念有助于与中职的培养规格相区别，因为中职培养的是具有一定动手能力的操作技能型人才，高职培养的是具备分析能力的技术技能型人才。现阶段，各高职院校往往注重学生的动手能力，而有意无意地忽略了学生的技术分析能力，导致高职学习仅仅是中职学习的延续。

Abstract Technical skilled personnel are certain technology applications highly skilled personnel. Help with the introduction of the concept of vocational training specification phase difference， because vocational training is the ability to have some hands-on operation of skilled personnel， vocational training is the ability to analyze the ability of the technology and skilled personnel. At this stage， all vocational colleges tend to focus on the abilities of students， intentionally or unintentionally ignored the student technical analysis capabilities， resulting in higher vocational learning is merely a continuation of vocational learning.
