摘要：在分析国内外厌氧消化技术的基础上，结合北京市近年来生活垃圾产生量和成分变化，对其中小区厨余垃圾、宾馆饭店餐饮垃圾以及城市粪便等有机垃圾的产生量及处理现状进行了分析，结果表明厌氧消化技术在生活垃圾处理领域应用潜力巨大。

Abstract：Basedonanalysisofanaerobicdigestiontechnologyathomeandabroad,combiningchangesinquantityandcompositionsofdomesticwasteinthepastfewyearsinBeijing，thequantityandtreatmentoforganicwaste,suchaskitchenwastefromresidentialareas,foodresiduefromhotelsandrestaurants,andurbannightsoilwereanalyzed.Theresultsshowedthatanaerobicdigestiontechnologyhadgreatpotentialsforapplyinginthefieldofdomesticwastetreatment.
