磁固相萃取一气相色谱联用法测定火锅底料中的罂栗碱

摘要:合成磁性聚合离子液体材料作为磁固相萃取吸附剂,通过优化样品吸附和解吸条件,确定了最佳实验条件:样品溶液pH值=6、磁
性纳米材料用量8 mg、解析剂比例(甲醇:氯仿=6:4)、解析剂体积1 mL、萃取时间12 min、解析时间6 min,并结合气相色谱进行定量分 析,建立了火锅底料中罂粟碱的检测方法。结果表明,所建立的方法能直接对食品中罂粟碱成分进行快速精确测定,灵敏度高、回收率 高、成本低。 关键词:磁固相萃取;气相色谱法;罂粟碱 中图分类号:0658.2 文献标识码:A
