Lesson 30 Writing an E-mail in English

教学目标

1.知识与技能: (1)Master: introduce, play chess, try to do…, look forward to … (2) Ability goals: How to use English

2.过程与方法: 通过幻灯片及现有资源展示一些场所或物品学习语言知识，通过听录音，小组活动让学生熟练运用。

3.情感态度与价值观: 通过学习英语培养学生与外国人沟通的能力。

教学重点

1.突出重点: New words, phrases and sentences. 通过互动反复操练，达到学以致用。

2.突破难点：Talking about how to use English. 通过小组互帮互学展示突破。

教学难点

通过复习旧知导入对本课的学习，与学生进行初步的对话练习并展示多媒体让学生巩固重要的语言知识，再鼓励学生通过自学或和他人合作进行描述和操练，最后检测课堂学习效果。

教学过程

Ⅰ. Class Opening

1.Greeting

2.Talk about the E-mail and English.

Ⅱ. Learning Aims

Go through the new words, language points and sentences.

Show the learning goals and Let them know what they will learn.

Ⅲ. Learning and demonstrate

Step1: Learning

(1) Look at the pictures and learn the new words. Show some pictures of the new words.

(2) Learn the important phrases and sentences. Help students to understand the language points.

Step2: Listening and reading

(1) Listen to the text. Play the tape for the students to follow.

(2) Read the text. Encourage the students to repeat the text a few times.

Step 3: Discussion and team work:

Work in a small group, discuss how to write an E-mail in English. Then retell the text.

Encourage the students to discuss and practice the sentences in this lesson.

Ⅳ. Quiz and appraise

Finish the exercises on the book and Power- Point. (Discuss)

Show the exercises in time, then check

Ⅴ. Summary

Go over the words and language points by themselves.

Give some help and appraise.

Homework

1. Read the text and practice the sentences.

2. Write an E-mail in English.
