粉胶比对沥青混合料高温性能的影响

摘要:矿粉填料是沥青混合料中一个十分重要的组成部分,为了研究粉胶比对沥青混合料高温稳定性的影响,本文采用旋转粘度试验和动态剪切流变试验(DSR)对不同粉胶比的结果进行了比较。结果表明:为了获得较好的高温稳定性,在沥青混合料设计中应采取较大的粉胶比,但应控制粉胶比小于1.2

Abstract: kuangfen packing is asphalt mixture of a very important part of, in order to research the powder/cement ratio asphalt mixture the effect on the stability of high temperature is adopted in this paper, rotary viscometer test and dynamic shear rheological test (DSR) to different rubber powder than results are compared. The results show that: in order to obtain better high temperature stability, in asphalt mixture design should be adopted in the larger than rubber powder, but should be controlled powder glue ratio is less than 1.2.

沥青混合料是一种具有流变特性的材料,由沥青与填料矿粉所组成的沥青胶浆的性质随粉胶比的变化而变化,从而影响沥青混合料的高温稳定性。为了获得较好的高温稳定性,应确定沥青胶浆合适的粉胶比。
