针灸联合语言康复训练疗法治疗脑卒中后语言障碍伴抑郁、焦虑的影响鹿梁燕摘要：目的探讨针灸联合语言康复训练疗法治疗脑卒中后语言障碍合并抑郁、焦虑的临床效果。方法选择2016年11月—2018年5月收治的130例脑卒中后语言障碍合并抑郁、焦虑患者作为试验对象；抽签法分组后明确各组治疗方法；对照组（65例）：选择语言康复训练疗法完成；观察组（65例）：选择针灸联合语言康复训练疗法完成；对比治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率（96.92%）明显高于对照组（76.92%），差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；治疗前，2组在HAMA 以及HAMD 评分方面，差异不明显（P ＞0.05）；治疗后，观察组HAMA 以及HAMD 评分均明显低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论脑卒中后语言障碍合并抑郁、焦虑患者在接受治疗期间，针灸联合康复训练方法的有效应用，对于用药效果提升，抑郁、焦虑改善，效果显著，最终对于脑卒中后语言障碍合并抑郁、焦虑患者的康复加快，奠定基础。关键词：语言謇涩；舌强；针灸；语言康复训练疗法；脑卒中；语言障碍；抑郁；焦虑doi ：10．3969/j．issn．1003-8914．2019．12．043文章编号：1003-8914（2019）-12-1884-03Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Language Ｒehabilitation TrainingTherapy in the Treatment of Post-stroke Language Disorder with Depression and AnxietyLU Liangyan（Department of Ｒehabilitation Medicine ，Heji Hospital Affiliated to Changzhi Medical College ，Shanxi Province ，Changzhi 046000，China ）Abstract ：Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with language rehabilitation training in thetreatment of post-stroke language disorder with Depression and Anxiety．MethodsOne hundred and thirty patients with post-stroke language disorder and depression /anxiety were enrolled in our hospital from November 2016to May 2018．They were divided into groups to determine the treatment methods．The control group （65cases ）applied language rehabilitation training．The observation group （65cases ）applied acupuncture combined with language rehabilitation training．The therapeutic effect was compared．Ｒesults The total effective rate of the observation group （96.92%）was significantly higher than that of the control group （76.92%），and the difference was statistically significant （P ＜0.05）．Before treatment ，the difference was not obvious in the HAMA and HAMD scores （P ＞0.05）．After treatment ，the HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P ＜0.05）．Conclusion The effective application of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training methods in patients with language disorder after stroke and depression /anxiety is effective for improving the effect of medication and depression /anxiety．Finally ，the rehabilitation of patients with language disorder complicated with depression /anxiety after stroke was accelerated ，and the foundation was laid．Key words ：dysphasia ；stiff tongue ；acupuncture and moxibustion ；language rehabilitation training therapy ；stroke ；language disorder ；depression ；anxiety作者单位：长治医学院附属和济医院康复医学科（山西长治046000）脑卒中作为神经内科疾病之一，近年来发病率呈现出显著增加趋势，并且患病后语言障碍合并抑郁/焦虑的患者例数明显增加，对于脑卒中后语言障碍患者而言，存在较高概率表现出系列心理障碍的现象，主要集中于抑郁、焦虑、孤僻以及自卑等方面，其中以抑郁/焦虑的出现较为普遍［1］。传统以语言康复训练方法的实施较为普遍，但是在症状综合改善方面难以获得显著效果，对此需要对更为有效方式进行探究［2］。本次研究将针对脑卒中后语言障碍合并抑郁/焦虑患者明确治疗效果，以此说明针灸联合语言康复训练疗法应用可行性。1资料与方法1.1一般资料选择我院2016年11月—2018年5月收治的130例脑卒中后语言障碍合并抑郁、焦虑患者作为试验对象；抽签法分组后明确各组治疗方法。对照组（65例）：男35例，女30例；年龄为50 79岁，平均年龄为（62.39ʃ2.39）岁。观察组（65例）：男36例，女29例；年龄为52 83岁，平均年龄为（62.42ʃ2.43）岁。观察对比2组脑卒中后语言障碍合并抑郁、焦虑患者的性别、年龄，结果均无明显差异（P ＞0.05）。·4881·光明中医2019年6月第34卷第12期CJGMCM June 2019.Vol 34.12
