        摘要: 金融机构案件频发的主要因素是不能及时地掌握员工的思想状况,忽视了员工八小时以外的生活情趣,导致不能有效采取措施加以防范。本文通过剖析员工行为排查中存在的问题,探讨八小时以外行为排查的有效方法,以遏制案件的发生。

        Abstract: The main factors of frequent cases in financial institutions are that they can not timely master the thought condition of staff, has neglected the employees’ life interest of"eight hours" outside, which lead to they could not take effective measures to prevent. Through analyzing the employee behavior, this paper discusses the problems existing in behavior grate of the employees and the effective methods ofbehavior grate of "eight hours" outside to curb the cases.
