浅谈低价中标的危害及对策
摘要：自“最低价中标法”实施以来，对于工程项目建设以及促进建筑企业发展起到了积极的作用，营造了公平、公正、公开、透明的竞争环境。但在实施的过程中，也出现了一些异常现象：一些企业为了中标，不惜低于成本报价，恶性竞争。造成工程返工现象，资源浪费严重。有些工程，关系到人身安全，过度的降低成本如房屋、桥梁会出现不安全因素，将会酿成不良后果。偷工减料，降低工程质量是不可取的。在满足使用功能的条件下，考虑安全因素，适当降低成本是可以的。规范竞争，有序发展是我们所希望的。
