如何成为一名合格的骨科医生
摘 要 在国内目前的医疗环境中，医患之间的矛盾时有发生，为了顺利地推动医疗体制改革，创建一个和谐的医疗环境是政府的希望，也是人们的希望。虽然导致医患之间的矛盾是多方因素，作为经过多年接受教育和培养的医务工作者来说，只要从我做起，提高自身的服务能力，健全其服务机制，相信医患之间的矛盾就会降低到最低限度。

abstract the conflicts between doctors and patients occur frequently under the current medical environment in china.creating a harmonious medical environment to promote the medical service organizational reform smoothly is the hope of government and people.although there are many factors to cause the conflicts between doctors and patients,it is believed that the incidence of conflicts will reduce to the lowest limit.to attain this aim,the medical staffs who accept the education and training for many years should enhance the ability of service by themselves and improve the service mechanism.
