At the same time， the internationalization of RMB has been effectively combined with the diversification of foreign exchange reserves in a step-by-step manner. The financial engineering technology has been used to resolve the security risks in foreign exchange reserves， which is a problem currently to be considered by financial innovation personnel. This article takes financial science and technology innovation as the object of this research， and mainly discusses the opportunities and major challenges of financial science and technology innovation in detail. 关键词：金融科技创新；面临机遇；挑战分析 Key words： financial science and technology innovation；facing opportunities；challenges analysis 中图分类号：F832.7；F276 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-4311（2018）05-0011-02 0 引言 金融改革有效改善了传统金融业经营模式落后的问题，其核心竞争力也在金融科技创新过程中得到进一步提升。随着互联网+战略的不断深入，云计算、互联网、大数据等先进信息技术得到了重大突破，同时实现了现代科技创新和金融需求的有效结合，以此使得我国金融业发展迸发出了巨大创新动力。金融科技创新发展中也不可避免地带来了一些安全隐患，在实际工作中遇到一些问题，因此目前我国正处于金融业发展的关键时期。信息技术蓬勃发展积极促使了我国金融交易渠道得到了拓展[1]，及时为客户提供了一个更为便利的交易渠道，不仅实现了金融服务创新，还使得金融业得到了稳定发展，因此投资、借贷等业务服务模式得到有效创新。 1 金融科技创新的机遇
