教学过程
Step 1 Revision
1．检查上节课所留下的作业， 让几个学生朗读他们书写的内容。
2．让学生写出本单元学过的词组：clean up, give out, put off, set up, call up, take after, fix up等。让学生用这些单词和词组造句， 进一步加强对学生的单词和词组的运用能力的训练。教师可为学生提供一些帮助。(强调本单元的重点词汇， 使学生能灵活运用。)
Step 2 Self check 1
1．让学生用所给单词进行填空， 检查答案， 再用这些词语分别造句。最后老师核对答案(1.give out
2．came up with 3.gave away 4.hang out 5.takes after)。
2．通过做题， 让学生总结动词填空题的做题方法及应注意的问题， 如时态、语态等。
3．给出下列句子
(1)Your room is so dirty.Please ______(clean up it, clean it up)．
(2)There are some books on the floor.I must ______(pick up them, pick them up)．
(3)Alice's mother is ill.She must ______(look her after, look after her)．
让学生选择正确答案， 注意动副词组与动介词组的用法区别。

Step 3 Leadin
1．首先让学生阅读单词与词组put up, ask for, hand out＝give out, callin, strategy, work out, 并熟练掌握。
2．让学生用put up, put on, put off填空

2．让学生根据所给提示， 写一篇短文， 并让几位学生读出他们的书写内容。
3．老师进行总结， 强调谓语动词的时态等问题。

1．由3名同学在课堂上表演对话。
2．学生分析漫画内容。
说明：口语和理解能力的训练。
Step 6 Homework
写出本单元学过的动副词组， 并用它们造句。
