健康教育路径对心脏起搏器植入术的影响

摘要：健康教育路径主要是为了满足病人在疾病发生、发展、转归过程中对健康教育的需要，依据临床护理路径的原理及标准教育计划为某一类疾病患者制订的住院教育路线图或表格。健康教育路径在心脏起搏器植入术的患者护理中获得了广泛应用。安置人工心脏起搏器是通过人工心脏起搏器或程序刺激器发放人造脉冲、电流刺激心脏以带动起搏的治疗方法，植入永久性人工心脏起搏器是治疗严重缓慢型心律失常的重要手段，此技术不仅可以挽救和延续患者的生命，更主要的是可以恢复患者的工作能力。但是由于患者缺乏对相关信息了解，常伴有紧张、恐惧、焦虑等心理，为使起搏器安置成功、提高患者生存质量，健康教育路径则显得尤为重要。

Effect of Health Education Pathway on Cardiac Pacemaker Implantation

Abstract：Health education is mainly to meet the needs of patients in the disease occurrence，development，the need for health education in the transfer process，according to the principle and standard of education program of clinical nursing path for a disease inpatient education roadmap or form. Health education has been widely used in the care of patients with pacemaker implantation.The placement of artificial cardiac pacemaker by artificial cardiac pacemaker or artificial pulse stimulator program issued，in order to promote the current stimulation of the heart pacing therapy，implantation of permanent artificial cardiac pacemaker is an important means for the treatment of severe bradyarrhythmias，this technique can not only save and sustain the lives of patients，but the main thing is to be patient's ability to return to work.However，due to the lack of understanding of the relevant information，often accompanied by tension，fear，anxiety and other psychological，in order to make pacemaker placement success，improve the quality of life of patients，health education path is particularly important.
