纳米二氧化硅复合绝热材料研究现状及发展趋势

摘 要:阐述了纳米二氧化硅复合绝热材料的绝热机理及绝热性能.分别总结了溶胶一凝胶法和气相法制备纳 米二氧化硅复合绝热材料的研究现状.并就两种方法制备纳米二氧化硅复合绝热材料的过程中存在的问题作了分 析。详细介绍了一些功能性添加材料,包括红外遮光剂、增强材料和高温收缩抑制剂,这些材料对纳米二氧化硅复合 绝热材料的性能具有重要的影响 最后展望了纳米二氧化硅复合绝热材料的发展趋势

Research status and development trend of nano—sized SiO2 composite insulation materials

Abstract:The mechanism and performance of the thermal insulation of nano—sized SiO2 composite insulation materials were described.The research status on the nano—sized SiO2 composite insulation materials made by the sol—gel process and vapor phase method was summarized.Some problems that existed during the preparation process of the nano—sized SiO2 composite insulation materials with the two methods were analyzed respectively.Some functional additives including the infrared opaci— iters,reinforced materials,and high temperature contraction inhibitors were introduced in detail.These materials have a sig— nificant influence on the properties of the nano—sized SiO2 composite insulation materials.The development trend of nano— sized SiO2 composite insulation materials was prospected at last.
