房地产业是我国支柱产业之一，对于带动相关几十个产业发展，扩大就业等一系列问题具有积极作用。安全、合理的资本结构是企业生存与发展的基本保证，也是企业保持旺盛竞争力以及实现其价值最大化的关键，对于企业资本结构优化问题的研究意义重大。本篇论文将通过比率分析法，资本结构内部影响因素，和外部市场环境三个方面，具体分析豪宇房地产公司的发展动向，如何应对市场的变化而使其资本结构得以优化。运用上述分析方法，把各个的影响因素整合起来，具体的分析，具体的解决。

The real estate industry is one of pillar industries in China, to drive, dozens of industry development related to expand employment and so on a series of problems with the positive role. Security, reasonable capital structure is the enterprise survival and the development, but also the basic guarantee enterprise keep exuberant competence and realize its value maximization, the key for enterprise capital structure optimization problems research is of great significance. This paper will through the ratio analysis, capital structure internal factors and external market environment, a concrete analysis in three aspects, the development of the real estate company yu hao, how to cope with market trend of change and make its capital structure is optimized. Using the above analysis method, the influence factors of the all together, specific analysis, specific solutions.
