中美学前教育对比与反思

摘要
由于历史原因，我国的学前教育基础比较薄弱。改革开放以来，我国学前教育事业得到了长足的进展并逐渐形成了自己的特色，但和世界主要发达地区相比，还存在种种不足。美国的学前教育位于世界前列，着重比较中美的学前教育差异，能有效促进我国学前教育改革和进展。对比中美两国的学前教育，我国学前教育要追上世界先进水平，就要真正把握“以人为本”的教育理念，重视儿童的个体进展；丰富幼儿课程内容，重视儿童的兴趣；丰富学前教育机构与形式；加大学前教育财政投入的力度；加强学前教育师资培养。

Abstract
Duetohistoricalreasons,ourcountry'spreschooleducationfoundationisweak.Sincethereformandopeningup,Chinesepreschooleducationhasbeengreatlydevelopedandgraduallyformeditsowncharacteristics,butcomparedwiththeworld'smajordevelopedareas,therearestillmanyshortcomings.PreschooleducationintheUnitedStatesisattheforefrontoftheworld,ComparedwiththedifferencebetweenChineseandAmericanpreschooleducation,itcaneffectivelypromotethereformanddevelopmentofpreschooleducationinourcountry.ComparedwiththepreschooleducationinChinaandtheUnitedStates,China'spreschooleducationtocatchupwiththeworld'sadvancedlevel,wemustgraspthe"peopleoriented"educationconcept,payattentiontotheindividualdevelopmentofchildren;toenrichthecontentofchildren'scurriculum,andtopayattentiontochildren'sinterest;richpreschooleducationinstitutionsandforms;increasetheintensityoffinancialinvestmentinpreschooleducation;strengtheningpreschooleducationteachertraining.
