setted,thenthesclerotiaproductionwerestatisticedbyvarianceanalysisandmultiplecomparison.ResultsWhileinoculationamountwerethesame,thesclerotiumyieldincreasedwiththeraiseofpinesectionconsumptionlessthan6kgsclerotium,andtheconsumptionofpinesectioncontinuedtoincreasebutsclerotiumyieldhadnosignificantincreased;Whilepinesectionconsumptionwerethesame,asthechangeofinoculationquantitythesclerotiumyieldhadnoappreciableeffect,thereweresignificantdifferenceonlywhenitincreasedfrom200gto300g.ConclusionUnderthecurrentconditionsofcultivationmodesofPoriacocosinHubei,theoptimumpinesectiondosagewas6kg,andinoculumdosagewas200～300g.%目的研究茯苓栽培过程中适宜的段木和栽培菌种用量.方法根据段木和栽培菌种用量的不同,设置相应的处理并进行重复,统计菌核产量后进行方差分析及多重比较.结果接种量相同时,菌核产量随段木用量增加而显著增加,段木用量达6kg时菌核产量即维持较高水平,
