关于我国企业财务管理目标的探讨

摘要:企业财务管理的目标是企业财务管理期望实现的结果，是评价企业财务活动是否合理的基本标准。财务管理目标是企业财务管理活动的出发点和归宿，明确财务管理目标是我们做好财务管理工作的前提和基础。所以，科学的合理的选择企业的财务管理目标是十分必要的。本文从分析财务管理目标的作用和特征入手，对当前我国存在的几种企业传统财务管理目标和现代财务管理目标进行评价分析，结合我国国情和企业发展的实际情况，提出了追求企业利润最大花和实现企业价值最大化二者结合使用是我国财务管理目标的合理选择，并提出保障企业财务管理目标实现的对策和措施。

Abstract: The objective of financial management company is looking for financial management results, the company's financial activities is to evaluate the reasonableness of the basic criteria. Financial management objectives of the company's financial management activities of the starting point and end point, a clear objective of financial management is that we do a good job in the financial management of the premise and foundation. Therefore, a reasonable choice of science company's financial management objectives is necessary.
