摘 要：硒元素是人体必须的微量营养元素，丰富和发展富硒作物对全民补硒有着积极的作用。针对缺硒中国，综述了影响土壤硒含量的因素、硒存在形态、植物对硒的吸收和转运方式，并阐述了通过施肥、接种微生物、改良土壤、筛选合适的富硒作物品种等增加作物硒含量的有效措施。

Abstract：Selenium （Se） is an essential trace element for human. The diversification and production of Se-enriched crops represents a new approach for improving human nutrition in Se-deficient regions of the world. In this paper， we summarized factors effecting soil selenium content， the state of selenium， as well as plants’uptake and transport ways of Se， and expounded effective measures for the improvement of plant Se contents， such as the fertilization， inoculating microorganisms， improving soil quality， and selecting suitable varieties of Se-enriched crops.
