同行之间的分析,在客户面前先赞美同行的有点,用一个however 来转折,说明他们有那么一点点的不足,把自己的亮点展示给他们。
最后跟客户说说可以先从试订单开始,或者样品单开始合作。要充分展现对自己产品的信心。
We can make cooperation with little orders, or even samples, you can test our products, after test, you get the bad experience, ok. We just make friend without any business.

和客户聊的内容:

1) 是否收到我的邮件?确认邮箱。

2)谈谈他们对货物的具体需求:质量、价格还有用途方面有没有什么特殊要求?

3)谈谈自己对当地市场的看法,介绍自己有哪些产品可以在配合客户的销售,成为BESTSELLER(畅销商品)?

4)顺便根客户了解一下当地是市场情况,验证自己之前的判断是否准确?总之目的两个,获得直接联系人的联系方式,和让客户知道有自己这么个人。

打电话后询问后 切记要邮件确认

寄样品:
主动提出给客人寄样品,不要等客人来要了,你才寄。有的时候你主动一下,客人真的喜欢样品,订单就来了啊!你要去push他,而不是被动地等他反应,或者等他催你。

Thanks.Kind regards,( 先写得委婉一点,把你上次写给他的邮件放在下面。如果他还是没回复,那就再重新发一遍,上面加上大写的红色的或者粗体的“RE-SEND!!!如果还是没消息,就打电话吧)   我的邮件里的确也用了这句话,但是主题在于推荐一个hot-selling item给他,而且告诉他,这款在chicago也卖得很好,问他有没有兴趣试一下。   

   很明显,邮件的中心在于推荐这款产品给他,顺便问一下有没有收到哪天发的那封邮件,那这句话就变得弱化了,是不是?大家可以好好体会一下。客人只要回复我邮件里的内容就可以了,至于这句话他可以一句话带过,也可以不回,这样客人在心理上会比较容易接受,而不是让他难堪,从而有抵触情绪。
