摘 要 在新时期示范性高职院校应该积极转变建设方式，采用深化内涵建设的方式取代抓行政基础、提升办公效率的建设，致力于办公质量的不断提升，积极地对院校品牌特色进行精心打造。本文对示范性高职院校如何充分的顺应形式，立足于高职办公室行政管理方面开展内涵建设工作，最终能够进一步地使学校自身的内涵建设水平得以不断提升。

Abstract In the exemplary Higher Vocational Schools should actively change construction methods， the use of deepening the connotation construction to replace catch administrative infrastructure， improve office efficiency of the building， dedicated to the continuous improvement of the quality of work， actively carry out the characteristics of the brand carefully crafted institutions. In this paper， how to make the Model Higher Vocational Colleges Adaptation form， based on the connotation construction in vocational office to carry out the administrative aspects of the work， ultimately further connotation of its own so that the school can continue to enhance the level of the building.
