五轴工业型材加工中心5 -axis Industrial Profile Machining Center

1.适用于铝﹑钢﹑轻合金型材的钻﹑攻丝和铣削加工。

2.控制系统采用5轴控制器,这样摆动主轴可在型材的5个工作面上作不同半径及角度加工。

3.钢结构底座经电焊及热处理而成,底座上装有导轨和机器主体﹑配有主轴电机和刀具库。

4.X轴驱动整个主体在钢结构底座上流畅移动。YZ轴配上先进精密轴承及耐用导轨确保定位准确及高精度。

1.用于自动实现型材45°切割或90°切断,适用于大批量门窗制作。
