Feature

Main Driving Parts: AC motor with inverter is employed and the acceleration and the deceleration are fast and steady .

Central Control Unit: programmable central control is used and various sizes can be set on the same shaft for automatic transfer and cutting .

Operating Panel: all functions are operated on the Human-computer panel.

Cutting Roll Positioning System: cutting roll positioning is controlled by the servo motor. The imported high precision ball screw is applied to set the size and the linear slide rail is to bear the load of the utter seat .

Auto Adjusting of the Circular Blade Angle: the servo motor is used to calculate the circular blade angle and the angle change is subject to different materials (the angle change range is +/-80) .The cutting angle is changed directly when the cutting surface is not smooth, so the efficiency is improved.

1、单工位放卷，由20Kg磁粉制动器控制放卷张力的稳；

2、气胀轴式装料装置，使用芯管内径规格：3”；

3、放卷最大卷径：Φ1000mm；

二、收卷装置

1、单工位收卷，收卷由伺服电机驱动（日本安川 7.5KW ）来控制收卷张力稳定。

2、气胀轴式装料装置，使用芯管内径规格：3”；

3、收卷最大卷径：Φ1000mm；

4、收卷张力自动控制装置：由超声波传感器与磁粉制动器根据不同卷径实现自动控制，保持收卷张力稳定；
