摘 要：以文献法和问卷调查法为主要手段，通过对我校进行健身健美锻炼的学生进行问卷调查，结果表明，我院学生对健美锻炼的期望值较高，对健美运动的价值持认同态度，但主动从事健美锻炼的积极性不高。文章对健身健美运动在我院开展的价值和意义进行探讨，并提出适当的建议和意见，如增加师资力量、改进场馆设施等等，以利于健身健美运动在我院更好的开展。

Summary: Take the literature law and the questionnaire survey as the main methods, by carrying questionnaire survey on the students who are taking fitness bodybuilding exercise in our college .
The result shows that students in my college not only have higher expectation in body building exercise, but also hold the approval manner to the body-building value. However,they are not active to engage in bodybuilding exercise.
The article carries on the discussion to the fitness bodybuilding in our college development value and the significance, at the same time,putting forward some suitable proposals and the opinions,such as increasing teachers' faculty, improving venues and facilities and so on, in order to facilitate fitness bodybuilding exercises better to carry out in our college.
