∙ Manage the complete wine program needs of the Food and Beverage Division. Assist in managing one or more full-service food and beverage outlet(s) on a daily basis.

Duties and Responsibilities工作职责

∙ Greet all guests and take beverage and food orders in a prompt and professional manner.

∙ 快速和专业的迎接所有客人，为客人点餐。

∙ Serve cocktails and/or menu items to bar guests; up-sell when taking orders.

∙ 为酒吧客人提供鸡尾酒和餐单上的项目；点单时向客人推销。

∙ Perform pre- and post-shift side-work. Stock service station. Fold and stack cocktail napkins and prepare bowls of bar snacks.

∙ Record order on guest check and ring up on pre-check register or according to hotel procedures. Complete customer payment transactions according to cash and charge procedures.

∙ Clear and clean tables in a prompt and efficient manner. Clean and/or wipe down stools, tables, chairs, walls, windows, mirrors, and floors as necessary. Empty trash and ashtrays.

∙ Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

∙ Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.
