多层地下工程逆作法施工实例分析
摘要：逆作法施工是利用地下室的楼盖结构、梁、板、柱和外墙结构作为基坑围护结构和基础施工的支撑结构，在坑内的水平支撑体系和围护体系由上而下进行地下室结构的施工，与此同时可进行上部结构的施工。本文结合工程实例，详细介绍了复杂条件下地下连续墙、大直径逆作板墙深井扩底灌注桩、一层半一逆作、储土区域设专用提土设备及一个接力转土出土相结合、管网降压抗浮排水等关键技术。

引言：逆作法又称逆筑法，是同传统施工方法相对而言的。它是在周围支护结构和中间支撑柱完成后，一边分层开挖土方，一边由上而下分层浇筑地下室主体结构，利用结构本身形成刚度较大的基坑支护体系，承受土压力和水压力，省去了施工临时支护；而同时在地下室顶板上部，则按常规方法以此向上完成各结构层施工，直到地下室大底板达到设计强度前所允许的最高楼层。由此可见，逆作法在施工地下室各层结构时，正好与常规作法相反，不是由下向上施工，而是反其道而行之，由上而下逆序施工，因此称为逆作法。

1工程概况
某商业中心工程总用地面积5082.019m2，地下5层，地上39层，总建筑面积78056m2，建筑高度192m。基坑深度为23.15m，局部深31m，塔楼桩基为大直径逆作板墙扩底灌注承压桩24根，桩身直径2400～3200mm，桩深50～60m;裙楼桩基为33根柱下抗拔桩及21根纯抗拔桩，桩身直径1400mm，桩身空孔直径2400mm，为全钢结构。
