教学内容：

学生分析：

学生是三年级的学生，通过1-5单元的字母学习，学生已熟练掌握字母A-T的字母音、发音以及书写，并建立了letter和sound之间的联系。

教材分析：

本课是第六单元的Part A Letters and sounds。根据教学的需要，还选取了Start to read部分的Find and say作为整合。

通过前几个单元的学习，学生已有了掌握了A-T字母的读音，发音以及书写，并已经建立起letters and sounds的联系，我期望学生在学习本课后，能够掌握字母U, V, W, X, Y, Z的字母名，发音和书写，并且能分辨出在单词中的发音，通过一些辨音活动，有意识地培养学生的音位意识。

教学目标:

1. 学生能准确认读、说出字母UVWXYZ的字母名及在字母表中的顺序；

2. 学生能正确书写字母UVWXYZ的大小写形式；

3. 通过听音、归纳，学生能够辨认、说出5个字母作为单词首字母的发音，并正确听读相关例词；

4. 通过如sharp eyes等游戏、竞赛活动和小组合作，锻炼学生认读字母及单词的能力，为阅读打好基础。

教学重点：

学生能够掌握字母UVWXYZ的名称、书写及字母在单词词首的发音。

教学难点：

1. 能读准字母V的嘴形。

2. 能区别字母S和X字母名的发音。

3. 学生能建立起以上字母与其在单词开头的发音之间的联系并能读出相关例词。

教学用具：PPT，自制卡片，letter man，练习纸

教学方法：TPR, Phonics，小组合作

教学过程：

1. Activate and lead in the topic.

教具出示Letter man，介绍课题。

T: We have a new friend today. He is Letter man. There are so many letters in Letter Man. What are they? (复习前面学过的20个字母名)

Ss: I see A, B, C......(板书Letters）

设计意图：利用Letter man吸引学生的注意力，利用句型念出Letter Man身上的字母，复习学过的字母同时将旧知识滚动出现。

2．Revision

出示相关学过的字母发音并进行复习。

T: Letter man has something for you. Look, what’s this? It’s an envelope, there are some sounds in it. Let’s open and see.（板书sounds）

Ss: /d//p//t//l//s/……(复习前面学过的20个字母发音)

设计意图：通过Letter man给同学们带来的信封，引导学生复习已学的字母发音：a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h, i, j, k, l, m, n, o, p, q, r, s, t，区分强化letters与sounds的概念。

3. Present and practice the letter names and their alphabetic orders.

T: What else in the bag? A VCD? I know, Letter man has some songs and chants for you，let’s listen.

a. Listen and guess. 听letter man 唱字母歌，出本课目标字母：U, V, W, X, Y, Z

b. Match the letters. 大小写字母配对。

c. Play the game: Sharp eyes 操练巩固已学所有字母的认读。

设计意图：让学生听一首完整的字母歌，对26个字母的位置有整体的输入，明确知道UVWXYZ在字母中的位置，明确字母名后利用配对和sharp eyes进行练习巩固，在操练字母环节中出现大量前面学过的字母，新旧结合。

4．Present and practice the letters’ sounds and the related words.

a. Listen and sort. 根据首字母发音，将听到的单词归类。

b. Let’s make a new chant with the sounds. 小组合作利用字母发音创编歌谣。

c. Listen and judge: Can you hear the sound /v/ in the word? 判断老师读的单词是否有该发音。

e. Listen and circle. 听单词选择

设计意图：从字面名逐渐过渡到字母发音，让学生通过手势和歌谣巩固字母的发音，并能通过听词辨音活动有意识培养学生的音位意识，激活学生已有知识与新知相联系，巩固对字母音的认识。

5. Learn to write the letters.

T: Letter man is happy to make friends with you. He has a name card for you. But the

card is wet. Some letters are not clear. Can you help him to write them down?

a. Group work: 小组内观察并讨论字母的书写格式。

b. Look and write. 学生在练习本上练习字母书写。

c. Look and check. 播放视频并检测是否书写正确。

设计意图：让学生通过仔细观察和小组合作的方式学习字母在四线格内的正确写法，先学后教，体现学生独立性。

6. Conclusion.

Put the letters into the Letter Man.

T: Letter Man is so happy to know you all. He has a big surprise for you. They are books about “UVWXYZ”.（出现一本让学生读出书名，并总结发音）

设计意图：将今天所学字母归入Letter Man 之中，使字母回归到字母表体系里，为下个单元的字母学习做准备。

7. Homework.

T: Letter Man likes reading, because reading to makes us happy. So after class, you can read the books and share with your classmates.

a. Read story-books, share with classmates next class.

b. Draw a letter man with u, v, w, x, y, z.

设计意图：用今天学的字母画画，让学生更有趣味地完成字母书写，打破传统的抄写作业；最后的奖品——书籍,可让学生逐步进入阅读阶段，同时让学生学以致用，读出书名并总结本课知识。
