[摘要] 目的 探究层级护理管理模式在外科护理管理中的应用效果。 方法 以综述层级护理概念为基础分析外科护理管理的现状总结其现存问题，就提出层级护理管理模式的应用要点进行深入探究。 结果 外科护理管理应用层级护理管理模式能有效提高护理满意度降低护理意外发生率。 结论 外科护理管理应用层级管理模式的效果良好，有助于患者机体恢复，值得在临床护理实践中推广及使用。

[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to investigate the application of hierarchical nursing management mode in surgical nursing management. Methods Based on the concept of comprehensive nursing care， the present situation of surgical nursing management was analyzed and the existing problems were summarized. The application essentials of hierarchical nursing management mode were deeply explored. Results The application of hierarchical nursing management in surgical nursing management can effectively improve nursing satisfaction and reduce the incidence of nursing accidents. Conclusion The application of the hierarchical management mode in surgical nursing management is good， which helps to restore the patient’s body and is worthy of promotion and application in clinical nursing practice.
