The idea of about reading

After watch the video which Doctor Li Qi told us how to read, I have a lot of ideas about reading. Be an undergraduate, we read books for more than 20 years. What is the purpose of our study? We also have known that is right to read books. Otherwise, why should we spend so many years for reading? Reading is to broaden the horizon and increase our knowledge. It’s also the pursuit of a soul satisfaction. No matter what attitude for reading, when a person went into the process of reading, he could not control his feelings to find the wonderful atmosphere of reading.

The doctor Li Qi said that, reading is a kind of Mental Status or a state of mind. The science and technology can only change the world, but reading can make people learn to ethics, that can heal the world.

Many people think that reading or studying is ordering to enter the enterprises for a good job. They think that is the function of reading. In fact, this is the definition of reading which gave by society. Yet, such ideas make the contradictory between traditional and nowadays using of reading. Therefore, the idea that reading merely in order to enter the enterprise for work and money make no sense.

As far as I am concerned, reading gives us enjoyment which can improve our perception in our daily life. It also improves our thoughts and positioning for the life. Reading can face or dialogue with the wise man so that strengthen the psychological inspiration, it often cultivate our moral sentiment and make temper magnanimous and spirit altogether unbending. The more you read the more rational mature mentality you can have. The thinking of self-understanding after reading books might become more and more clearly. What we should do is that we must understand the knowledge from the books, and then used the knowledge in practice to embody the values.   

Gorky said that Books are the ladder of human progress and the sign of social civilization. Reading is one of the most happiness things. If you make friends with the books, you may reduce the blundering mood and add the temperament of literature and art.

Reading is a process of increased experience. In order to better understand the meaning of life, we learned from the history how people became a successful person. Nowadays, people have the rich and colorful life which fills with the temptations. Many people lost themselves for various kinds of interests in their life. Therefore, our hearts need culture to clean. Where are the cultures from? These are from reading.

Nowadays, reading becomes another feeling which we called strong utilitarianism. I don't like the utilitarianism. I don't like to write a low level of academic papers, since the idea of these papers are all provisions by teachers, I can't express my true thoughts. However, such situation is the inevitable result of social development.

I agree that reading makes our hearts feel calm. Reading makes people noble but reading is not to pretend to be noble. In order to pursue the noble is not actual upright. A personal peace of mind is really not to achieve with a few books but only to read for many years and think constantly.

Mentioned have been told about the benefits of reading. As a student of law, what are the benefits of learn the laws and how should we learn to read?

Firstly, Laws is the country’s rules which we think the simple definition of laws are rules. That’s telling us what should we do and should not do in this country. Many people may not have a system of research for the law so that source legal provisions are very useful. If you know that, it’s obviously helpful for us to learn laws. For most legal provisions, you are not necessary to remember by rote. You merely have known common sense in our daily life, Combined with life common sense you will find your understanding of law can more deeply.

What’s more, reading makes a man wise; learn legal knowledge let man's thinking and ideas more mature. A legal master should also is a master of language. The demand for language of law is high. You must master some linguistic knowledge, Otherwise you have never learned legal constitute to arrive the professional standards. Therefore, in the process of studying law, we must have combined with system of studying linguistics to improving together.

Anyhow, everyone knows that it is great to read books. Without reading life will become a kind of short and residual life. We must actually have learned to read. Reading has been making people more rational, and we can more rational when we reading law books. To understand the laws correctly must make our life more beautiful.
