AbstractThe significance of culture in ecotourism was introduced. The special culture resources of Yancheng National Nature Reserve were summarized,and the exploration was discussed,so as to correctly apply the existing culture to the ecotourism construction,to promote the level of ecotourism culture.

盐城自然保护区为我国最大的海岸带保护区,地处江苏中部沿海,北纬32°36′51″～34°28′32″,东经119°51′25″～121°5′47″,辖东台、大丰、射阳、滨海、和响水5个县(市)的滩涂,海岸线长逾580 km,土地总面积为284 179 hm2,核心区面积为21 889 hm2,主要保护珍禽丹顶鹤及其赖以生存的滩涂湿地生态系统。
