对我国生态安全现状的成因与对策分析
摘要：生态安全是国家安全的重要组成部分，是非常基础性的部分。由水土、大气、森林、草地、海洋生物组成的自然生态系统，是人类赖以生存、发展的物质基础。一个国家或地区所处的自然环境状况能够维持其经济社会可持续发展时，它的生态就是安全的，反之不然。下面我从我国生态安全现状、成因及对策几个方面谈一下自己粗浅的看法。

一、 我国的生态现状
1、 水资源匮乏，水体污染突出。我国人均水资源只有2000多吨，是世界人均占有量的1/4，为世界上13个贫水国家之一。而且我国水资源分布贫富不均，华北、西北的一些地区缺水严重。同时我国主要河流普遍污染，其中辽河、海河污染严重，淮河水质较差，黄河水质不容乐观。主要淡水湖泊营养化严重，多数城市地下水受到一定程度污染，且有逐年加重的趋势。
