第七届“快乐杯”全国小学生现场作文大赛

【活动主题】

【活动宗旨】

在习近平主席“中国梦”的影响下，为鼓励广大小学生人人有梦想，人人有追求，培养孩子们积极、向上的生活态度，为培养广大小学生用心感受生活和表达生活感受的能力，拓展视野，能读会写，激发和提高对写作的兴趣和热情，现举办第七届“快乐杯”全国小学生作文大赛现场征文活动。

【活动目的】

培养孩子在“中国梦”的影响下，人人都有梦想，人人都有追求，让孩子明白梦想要通过自身的努力才能实现，培养孩子积极、向上的生活态度，激发和提高对写作的兴趣和热情。

【宣传口号】放飞梦想，快乐起航

【活动对象】小学1至6年级学生

【组织形式】

1. 现场作文

2. 参赛学生按学段分为低、中、高三组。其中：低年级组为1—2年级；中年级组为3—4年级；高年级组为5—6年级

【大赛参赛稿件要求】：

（1）参赛作文一律使用第七届“快乐杯”全国小学生作文大赛现场征文活动专用稿纸书写，否则视为无效答卷。书写

要工整、规范。一、二年级要求用铅笔答卷；三至六年级用圆珠笔或碳素笔答卷。禁止用红笔作答。提倡写短文：一、二年级字数不限，三至六年级300至600字左右。

（2）参赛作文不得抄袭，如发现抄袭文章，一律取消参赛资格。

【奖项设置】

组委会对上报初赛作品进行复评，将最终评出一、二、三等奖，并为获奖作者颁发获奖证书。另一等奖获得者还可获得组委会颁发的奖牌。此次大赛还将最终评出特等奖10名，获奖者可获得由大赛组委会颁发的证书及物质奖励。获奖名单将在总部网站上公示表彰。
