我是来自中国山东的签证申请人XX。我计划于XXXX年8月22日至8月28日之间前往法国与我的两位好友一同自助旅行。我们本定于8月14日与8月20日之间在法国相聚并一同游览法国的美丽风光，可因为我的申请资料准备不充分不准确导致赴法的签证申请被拒。

为了能最终达成这一行程，我决定在短期内再次申请，认真准备并补全所有材料。因此此次递交的材料与上次有着非常大的不同，更全面与准确。同时针对上次的失误，我向您做出如下的解释，恳请您百忙之中能够抽时间审阅:
1. 关于上次签证材料的误漏。
由于我本人准备申根国家签证资料的经验比较欠缺，同时由于我在外地，材料的递交有诸多不便，因此我决定找一个代理帮忙整理所有材料。而正是这一决定，让我受到了极大的误导。譬如，我的此次的法国之旅是有两个朋友同行的，而代办机构帮忙整理的材料中并未提及此点。此次材料中我加附了两名同行者护照首页与法国签证页的文件。
2. 关于此行的目的。
我去法国的目的纯属对法国悠久的历史文化、闻名已久的名胜古迹、以及美丽的人文与自然风光的向往。而绝无长期滞留法国的意向。原因如下：1）我的父母爱人、亲人朋友全都在中国，我与他们感情深厚无法离开他们。2）我受过良好的教育，有着丰富的工作经验。曾长期就职于世界五百强的跨国大公司：XXXXXX公司（您可以参见我在此公司任职期间获得的多次嘉奖的文件，以及拜耳为我开具的收入证明）。只是由于我丈夫的公司业务越来越繁忙，我才离职帮忙经营自家公司。由此可见，在中国我拥有良好的工作机会及高薪，而对法语一窍不通的我在法国则很难生存。
3. 关于电话问题。
由于我重点负责招生代理的业务，常用电脑在外办公，见客户时间较多，灵活度较高。同时因为英语比较好，极少情况下也曾在公司的学校帮忙代教过英语课程。而有些办公室内勤人员对我个人并不熟悉，猛然间接到使馆电话，虽然与我相识，但对于我的各人信息并不能准确的回答，导致回答信息的混乱与不准确。但这并不妨碍我是公司的经营者与管理者的事实。而我本人也因为是第一次办理导致的过度紧张和兴奋，对于使馆的电话也未能流利回答。希望您能予以理解。
4. 关于银行流水。
我的工资奖金收入常用支付宝理财这一收益较高的工具来管理。为了方便法国旅游的行程，我将里面的余额在几天前全部转入我的银行账户。因此此次我又附加提供了支付宝的盖章对账单，从支付宝与建设银行账户间的转账记录您可以看到，我有着稳定的较高的固定收入，账户里的所有余额是一个稳定积累的结果。
综上所述，我只是一个向往去法国和朋友一起旅行的旅游签证申请者。所有提供的资料和情况绝无虚假，全部属实，希望您能够明辨。由于在百忙的工作与学习中能够与志同道合的朋友抽出一致的时间一同旅游的机会非常难得，同时我本人也有着足够的消费能力，也绝无意愿和理由在法国做旅游外的其他逗留，因此恳切地希望您能批准我的签证并给我这个机会成行。

Interpretation for Visa Application

Thank you for reading my letter. I am XXXX XXX, a visa applicant from Shandong, China. I plan to travel in France with two of my friends from August 22nd to 28th, XXXX. Actually, we used to schedule to travel in France together between August 14th and 20th, but because of my inaccurate and insufficient visa application information, I was rejected on August 4th, 2015.
Since I have been looking forward to being able to set foot on the beautiful French territory with the company of my two friends, after learning the result of application, I am very upset, and my two friends also feel very frustrated. Since normally we are always busy with work and study, going to France together for travelling is quite a rare opportunity for us, and being able to share the fun during the trip is also the most anticipated things for us. 1. On the omissions of the visa materials submitted last time
Due to the lacking of experience in visa application, and inconvenience of submission for a person from a distant city, I decided to entrust the preparation of my visa materials to an agency. Finally, it was proved a huge mistake: For example, my trip to France would be accompanied by two of my friends, while the agency didn’t mention it at all in the materials. So this time, I have also added the passport documents of them as a proof.
2. On the purpose of the trip
I choose to go to France just for the yearning of having a look at its classic and beautiful culture, the famous historic sites, as well as the beauty of the humanities and natural scenery, without any intention of long stay in there. And get reasons as follows: 1) My parents, relatives and friends are all in China, and I have a very deep feeling with them, which makes me not want to leave them for any reason. 2) I was well educated and got a lot of experience of work. I used to work for an international World’s Top500 company for six years, and got many awards(documents and income certificate enclosed) as an excellent employee, Thus, I want to say, in China I can get good job opportunities and high salaries quite easily, but if in France, I would suffer a very difficult survival with knowing nothing about French.
3. On the phone call.
Because I am mainly in charge of the recruitment of the agencies, I use the computer and meet clients a lot. That means my working time and place are highly flexible, so I am not always at the office. At the same time, due to my relatively good English, in very few cases, I helped to teach English in the school of the company. And since some of the office admin staff they are not that familiar with me, it caused a confusion and panic of them when receiving the phone call of embassy out of a sudden. That is also the reason why some of them cannot give the accurate personal information of mine. On the other hand, when I got the call from embassy for the first time in my life, due to the excessive tension and surprise, I also did not make a very good performance of myself. 4. On the bank financial flow
I usually manage my income and bonuses with a financial tool called ALIPAY, so that I can get higher interests. In order to facilitate the French trip, I transferred the savings in it to my bank account. To sum up, I’m just a tourist visa applicant who aspires to travel in France with friends. All information and data provided are truly real. To be honest, because of the busy work and study in the normal life, getting a vacation out of the same time to travel is such a valuable opportunity for the same-interest friends like us.
