美国法律史教学大纲
TeachingOutlineforAmericanLegalHistory
本课程计32学时，分11周进行。考试方式为考核。教学内容涵盖殖民地时期至二十世纪下半叶美国法律发展、演变各阶段，涉及宪法、财产、契约、家庭、公司、劳动、刑法、行政法等各法律部门。教学方式为课堂讲授与研讨相结合，注重师生互动。
Thiscourseconsistsof32classroomhoursconductedin11weeks.Thefinalexamwillbeatakehomeessaytest.InthiscourseallmajorhistoricalperiodsofAmericanlawwillbecovered,withdetailedintroductiononthedevelopmentofconstitutionallaw,property,contract,family,corporation,labor,criminallaw,andadministrativelaw.Bothlectureshipandseminarwillbeusedinteaching,withspecialempathizeonclassroomteacher-studentinteraction.
