超声弹性成像在鉴别乳腺肿块良恶性中的价值分析

【摘要】 目的:研究超声弹性成像技术在鉴别乳腺肿块良恶性中的临床价值。方法:选取笔者所在医院2015年5月-2016年5月收治的58例乳腺肿块患者67个乳腺肿块作为本次研究对象,所有患者均进行超声弹性成像检查并对肿块的弹性硬度进行半定量分析,并详细记录肿块弹性硬度,分别测量乳腺肿块在弹性模式与灰阶模式下的面积比值,随后根据比值找出肿块的良恶性截点,然后对乳腺恶性肿瘤的准确率进行分析。结果:通过弹性硬度半定量分析后,准确率为90.47%;在弹性模式与灰阶模式下,面积比值鉴定乳腺肿块良性与恶性的截点为1.8,若面积比值在1.8之上,则判定为恶性,若在1.8之下,则判定为良性,本次研究的两种成像模式下,良性肿块面积比值为(1.51±0.50),恶性肿块的面积比值为(1.98±0.52),比较差异有统计学意义(P

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical value of ultrasound elastic imaging in the identification of benign and malignant breast masses.Method:From May 2015 to May 2016,a total of 67 breast masses from 58 patients with breast masses were selected.All the patients underwent ultrasound elastic imaging to semi-quantitatively analyze the elastic hardness of the masses.The elastic stiffness of the masses was recorded in detail.The area ratio of breast masses in elastic mode and gray scale mode was measured respectively,then the benign and malignant cut point of mass were found according to the ratio,then the accuracy rate of breast malignant tumor was analyzed.Result:After the semi-quantitative analysis of elastic hardness,the accuracy rate was 90.47%.In the elastic mode and gray scale mode,the area ratio of breast lesions identified benign and malignant cut point was 1.8,it was judged to be malignant if the area ratio was above 1.8,judged as benign if the area ratio was under 1.8.In the two imaging models,the ratio of benign mass was (1.51±0.50),and the area ratio of malignant tumor was (1.98±0.52),the difference was statistically significant(P
