On April 2 China (Shenzhen) IT Leader Summit co-sponsored by Shenzhen Municipal People's Government and E-China Alliances came to the second day. 早上好，刚刚坐在下面很感动，因为台上一个经济学家（指的是清华大学国家金融研究院院长朱民）讲人工智能问题讲这么久。
Good morning I’m very impressed when sitting down there as an economist (refer to Zhu Min President of National Finance Research Institute of Tsinghua University) took such a long time in talking about artificial intelligence.
我在这里讲一些我对经济的看法，过去9年，这个峰会给了很多人思考。我是个老实人，所以我胡说八道多一点。我只是利用我的经历给大家分享一些自己的看法，只希望给大家一些思考。十年前，我在广州做过200场的交流，那个时候讲电子商务对零售的冲击，但当时相信我的人并不多。零售行业在笑话我们，说我们不可能用电子商务颠覆。
I would like to express some of my opinions about economy. In the past 9 years this summit made people think a lot. As I’m an honest people I would talk more nonsense. I just share some of my own opinions with my experience and hope to bring some thought to you. Ten years ago I made 200 times of exchange in Guangzhou and discussed the impact of e-commerce on retails but few people believed me at that time. Retail industry laughed at us and said it is impossible for us to make an overturn with e-commerce.

However people’s imagination is limited. You believed that future is supposed to be like that but in fact it is not.
过去20年是互联网技术的时代，未来30年是互联网时代，社会的变革速度回越来越快，变化远远超过未来想象。大家现在说企业难做，是因为企业从没有好做过。大家说实体难做，是因为实体从来没有好做过。
The past 20 years is the era of internet technology and the next 30 years will also be the era of internet technology. Social transformation speed will become faster and faster which will far beyond the imagination about future. Everyone says it is hard to run an enterprise as it is never easy to run an enterprise. Everyone says it is hard to run a physical store as it is never easy to run a physical store.
中国的制造业都在骂互联网，而美国的制造业都在问自己，为什么自己没有接入互联网。互联网不是替罪羊，大家应该思考如何用互联网做的更好。
All manufacturing industries in China condemns internet but the manufacturing industry in U.S. asks themselves why they get no access to internet. Internet is not a scapegoat and everyone shall think how to make a better use of internet.
未来10年之内会加速五个行业，新零售、新技术、新能源等。有人说我胡说八道，我反正一直胡说八道，再多说一遍也无所谓。
Five industries will be speeded up in the next decade including new retail new technology and new energy. Someone says I’m talking nonsense as I always talks nonsense it doesn’t matter that I talk it again.
当初创业的时候，我没有什么积累，我没有有钱的爸爸，没有在银行的舅舅。其实一路走来发现，谁对未来的判断准确，谁就能够赢。5年后，纯电商会很艰难，大家不是要学会怎么卖东西，而是学会服务好你的客户。过去10年，各种促销各种方法都是想着卖东西。
When I started the business I have no accumulation. I don’t have a rich father or an uncle working in bank. But after going through all those things I found anyone who has an accurate judgment about future can win at last. 5 years later completely e-commerce will become very difficult and people should learn how to serve your customer in a better way instead of selling things. In the past 10 years all kinds of promotions and methods are centered on selling things.

The manufacture in future is not standardized but individualized and customized. Nanjing Road in Shanghai will face challenge and the manufacturing industry in Guangzhou will also face customized challenge. Container and assembly line will become trouble. The calling function of a mobile phone will account for less than 20% and the transportation attribute of automobile in future will also account for less than 20% in future while others will be intelligent. Currently it is fine as long as the financial institute serves 20% of enterprise but in future it needs to serve 80% of small enterprises to win and solve the problem that small enterprises cannot get money. In India for Ant Financial 200 million people opened mobile payment. Alipay is a great impact to the payment industry.
核心的技术未来不会围绕PC，都会重新颠覆。我们不该是弯道超车，而是换道超车。弯道超车，10超9翻。人工智能在中国是有机会的，而PC没有机会了。
In future the core technology will not be centered on PC and all will be overturned. We should not overtake in the corner but should change a lane and overtake. For corner overtaking 9/10 will fail. Artificial intelligence has chance in China but PC does not.
社会的变革分了三次，分别是煤炭、石油、数据，社会的变革是越来越大，每次都是旧业的变革。杭州有两个抢劫犯，抢了三个超市抢了1800多，这要求行业的变革连强盗都要开始变革。不是互联网抢了你，而是你对互联网、对技术的漠视。技术在重新创造很多岗位。
Social reform is divided into three times which are coal petroleum and data respectively. Social reform becomes bigger and bigger and each is the reform of an old industry. Lots of migrant workers are employed in the development of real estate industry in China. I was thinking what migrant workers in the city should do if there is no real estate. Where should they go They joined express industry and didn’t return There are lots of technical skills and unique skills but white-collar workers can do nothing. 10 years later there will be no job as data analyst.
未来的机器会比人聪明，10年后，时代周刊每年度最佳CEO是一个机器人。如果技术不能让社会经济更加持久、不能让人类更加快乐，那你的技术没有意义。未来的创业是问有没有创新、有没有数据、有没有技术。
The robot in future will be smarter than people. 10 years later the annual best CEO in Time Magazine will be a robot. In case technology cannot make social economy more sustainable or make mankind happier your technology is meaningless. Starting a business in future will be about if there is any innovation data or technology.
线上多、还是线下多的问题没有必要再讨论了，因为未来所有人都在互联网上工作。互联网不是高科技，是所有行业必须都要用的。未来30年，不属于互联网公司，而是属于用好互联网公司。BAT如果不能把自己的能力、人才、资源普惠时代，就可能被淘汰，只有普惠才能持久发展。未来不是互联网公司的时代，而是用好互联网公司的时代。
There is no need to discuss there will be more online or offline as all people in future will work through internet. Internet is not a kind of high technology but the one that must be used by all industries. In future the customers you serve will be all online. Nowadays 80% of consumers are the generation after 80s. In future they will be the generation after 90s and 00s. 最后讲一些人工智能。我有不同的看法，阿法狗用人类打败了人类，我个人觉得，so他妈what？ 机器打败人不值得夸奖，机器要做人类做不了的事情，机器要做人类创造不了的事情。让机器成为人类的合伙人、成为合作伙伴，而不是成为人的对手。
At last I will talk about artificial intelligence I have different view. AlphaGo beats human through human. In my opinion so TM what It is unworthy of praising a machine beating human as a machine shall do things that cannot be completed or created by human. Machine shall be made become partner of human instead of the opponent of human.
机器要有自己的思考，要有自己的方法。机器要只是仿造人，永远跑不快。未来100年，我们要把机器变成“人”。
Machine shall have its own thinking and its own method. Machine shall only imitate human but can never be faster. In the next 100 years we should make machine become “human”.
我现在的位置是15年前自己的努力决定的，我们现在的努力会影响15年后的自己。战略要考虑自己，也要考虑别人。很多人问 为什么不做物流快递，如果我们要招聘一两百万快递人员，一是管不了，而是把别人的饭碗搞砸了，不是我们想要的。如果你把别人的事情都干了，那你做成的那一天就是失败的那一天。
My current status is determined by my hardworking 15 years ago and our current hardworking will influence us 15 years later. The strategy shall take both us and others into consideration. Many people ask why we do not do logistics & express business. If we employ one or two million deliverymen we will not be able to manage them but instead we will make a mess of other people’s job which is not our intention. If you complete the thing that should be done by others the day you succeed will be the day of your failure.

The next 30 years will not be the competition of strength and knowledge but the competition of service experience and feeling. Only when you take more of others into consideration can you be successful. Thus in the next 30 years women will rise and 47% of our employees will be female.
谈虚拟经济和实体经济之争。实体经济是生产制造加流通，全世界只有中国把互联网成为虚拟经济。大家不敢骂银行，都在骂互联网。银行才是虚拟经济的主体。互联网经济是虚实结合。虚拟经济和实体经济不应该对立，应该结合。实体经济现在很难，那是因为之前还是很难。过去二三十年的实体经济，该死的就应该让它死。我们不能说转型升级，不能又对落后的产业进行保护。
Discuss the competition between virtual economy and real economy. Real economy is production manufacture and circulation. Only China in the world makes internet a virtual economy. People are afraid to scold bank so they scold internet. Bank is the entity of virtual economy Internet economy is the integration of virtuality and reality Virtual economy and real economy shall not be on the opposite side but shall be integrated. Real economy is experiencing a hard time now as it was also hard before. The real economy in the past twenty and thirty years which should die shall be allowed to die. We can’t talk about transformation and upgrading while protecting outdated industry.
BAT为什么利润好？是因为每家企业都有自己的核心技术。技术才是未来的红利，如果没有独特的技术，靠低成本、靠补贴，一定会倒下。实体经济中做的好的非常多，互联网经济也是这样。所以我们不该怪哪个行业，只能怪自己。
Why can BAT make good profit? As every enterprise has its own core technology. Technology will be the bonus in future. In case there is no unique technology the enterprise will be closed by only relying on low cost and subsidy. There are lots of enterprises doing well in real economy so does that in internet economy. So we should not blame any industry we should blame ourselves.
如果不冒险，不可能做战略，不可能起来。小企业创新靠产品，中企业创新靠技术，大企业创新靠制度。
In case you don’t take an adventure you cannot make strategy or develop. The innovation of small enterprise relies on product that of medium-sized enterprises relies on technology and that of large-scale enterprises relies on system.
人算不如天算，天算不如云计算。我觉得未来的教育要重新思考，以前是说服老年人，才能搞定年轻人，现在要搞定年轻人。学生一定要学习音乐、体育、美术，让孩子懂得知识以外的世界。知识不再是传授，而是想象力、是团队合作精神。教育的方法训练的是工业时代，但现在是互联网时代，希望大家思考在教育行业多思考云计算、大数据。
God’s way is higher than man’s but cloud computing is better than God’s. I think we should re-consider the education in future. Previously the elderly shall be persuaded before young people are convinced but now we could convince young people at first. Students must learn music sports and art so that they can know the world besides knowledge. Knowledge will no longer be those imparted but will be imagination and teamwork spirit. The education method trains those in industrial era but now it is an internet era. Thus I hope people can think more about cloud competing and big data in education industry.
未来的30年什么才是我们国家需要的，那么今天就要对孩子进行教育。
The one that will be needed by our county in the next 30 years will be the one to be educated by us to our children today.
最后，讲个争议的话题。我看起来瘦不拉几，但人到今天为止，如果你的智慧不良、知识结构不良、文化体系不良，就会成为“网络病夫”越来越多，网络暴力、网络水军越来越多。现在网络暴力很严重，但我们迎接未来的时候该做什么？人类的价值观体系要做什么？
At last let me talk about a controversial topic. Although I look thin till today if you have poor intelligence poor knowledge structure and poor cultural system there will be more and more “internet sick men” cyber-violence and internet water army. Nowadays cyber-violence is very serious what should we do when embracing the future. What human value system should do？
