一．申请信（及回复信）

模板句型：

开头句：传达写作目的

I am writing in response to your advertisement in …

I am writing to express my interest in…

I would like to apply for …

结束句：表达希望与感谢

Thank you for considering my application. I am looking forward to meeting you in the near future.

Your prompt response will be much appreciated.

I should be pleased to attend for an interview at your convenience, when I could give you further details concerning myself.

（注：申请信，求职信，推荐信写法相似。每篇开头都要点明目的，但是主体部分都可以从个人能力教育背景来说，注意申请信是以第一人称来写，而推荐信是以第三人称来写。）

二．投诉信（及回复信）

模板句型：

开头句：说明投诉问题

I feel something should be done about…

I am writing to inform you that I find…unsatisfactory…

结尾局：期待解决方案

I would be very grateful if you could look into the matter as soon as possible. And I am looking forward to an early reply.

I believe you will take my complaints seriously, I would ask you to give back my money, or I would file my complaint to the authorities concerned.

三．邀请信（及回复信）

模板句型：

开头句：说明邀请目的

On behalf of…, I have the honor to invite you to…

It is with the great pleasure that I write to cordially invite you to…

结尾句：期盼回复

I do hope that you will be able to come.

We should be very pleased if you could honor us with your company.

四．推荐信

模板句型：

开头句：说明写作目的

I am writing to you to recommend … for …

I take great pleasure in recommending to you … as …

I would like to present … for your consideration in your search for …

With reference to your requirements, I shall, without reservation, recommend … as an ideal candidate.

结尾句：总结说明

I am confident/ convinced that …

I strongly recommend him to you with no reservation.

Therefore, I do not hesitate to recommend her as an ideal candidate for the post you advertised.

五．咨询信

模板句型：

开头句：自我介绍、说明写信目的

结尾句：表示感谢，期盼回复

六．摘要

模板句型：（摘要一般写一段）

This paper/thesis/composition mainly discusses/aims at/ focuses on/ centers on …( 主题/主旨). The author first lists/states/argues… Then he /the paper analyses/illustrates/supports…from … (几个) aspects./ To conclude them, … Above all, … Besides, … What’s more/ Finally, … The paper finally ends with/ comes to a conclusion that…

考查话题预测：

环保类：可用关键词，如碳减排carbon emission reduction，可再生能源renewable energy，世界环境日World Environment Day，小排量汽车small-displacement/ small-engine vehicles。

经济类：可用关键词，如经济危机 economic crisis/ financial crisis，应对危机face the crisis， fight crisis，扩大内需propel／drive/expand domestic demand，适度宽松的货币政策moderately loose monetary policy。

交通类：可用关键词，如公共交通线路网public transport network，交通管制traffic control，交通高峰期rush hour，交通拥堵traffic jam/congestion, heavy traffic。

大作文

（1）主题思想：面对生活的态度

（2）文章展开：第一段结尾或第二段开始点明主题：需要积极的心态面对生活，尤其在面对挫折之时。接着举例说明，在汶川地震中无数人民拥有积极的心态，渴望仅存的一点生的希望，与灾难抗争。在重建灾区的过程中，大部分民众也是拥有着积极的人生观，为重建家园贡献自己的力量。最后说明积极心态的重要性，我们应当采取以下几方面措施：设定人生目标，有目标就有前进的动力；改变面对事情的态度，态度决定一切。

（3）表示采取积极的态度的词汇：take/develop/keep a positive/active attitude towards…. be active/positive to…. Positive attitude is the key to success. Attitude is everything.

（4）相关主题：面对挫折的态度、目标计划的重要性、竞争力社会下人们应当持有的正确态度、有勇气有信心的品质。

大作文

（1）主题思想：培养年轻一代坚强的意志

（2）文章展开：说明坚强性格的重要性，对年轻一代日后的成功有重要意义。论证部分可以用举例说明，奥运健儿经历了非常严酷的训练，锻炼了其坚强的意志，最后才能在国际比赛中脱颖而出。措施可以采用：学校教育，家庭教育，社会大环境的共同努力，为年轻一代的最后成功奠定基础。

（3）表示坚强的意志的词汇：a will of iron, strong will, will of steel,

（4）可用谚语：“How the steel is refined”(钢铁是怎样炼成的)，Where there is a will, there is a way.(有志者事竟成)

（5）相关主题：年轻人面对挫折的态度、社会实践是就业的重要参考因素、总结失败经验，最终走向成功、压力的两面性、养成坚韧的性格。

大作文

（1）主题思想：全民道德建设

（2）文章展开：道德虽是隐形标准，但是又成为衡量一个社会文明与否的主要依据。论证部分可以使用正反论证。如果各行各业都遵守职业道德，那么行业风气就非常健康；如果人人都有高尚的品德，社会将变成美好的人间。如果企业和个人都不能达到道德标准，那么我们生活的世界将失去秩序，不仅影响个人生活，而且阻碍社会进步。措施可以采取：从教育方面、媒体公益广告宣传、人们的积极实践。

（3）表示道德高尚的词汇：virtuous，moral，saintly。

（4）相关主题：企业的社会责任、职业道德、公民品德、促销手段的真伪识别。

小作文

（1）信函类别：慰问信

（2）写作结构：第一部分表示同情；第二部分进行慰问，可以是语言慰问，也可以使提供帮助；第三部分再次表示同情，并表示随时可以提供帮助。

（3）建议句型：

It is really a pity that you failed in…

Please don’t feel too much distressed for this frustration.

（2）写作结构：第一部分说明写信目的，即表示祝贺；第二部分表示祝贺原因；第三部分再次祝贺，并表示美好祝愿。

小作文

（1）信函类别：申请信

（2）写作结构：第一部分说明写信目的；第二部分说明自己的学习成绩情况（申请学位），或者说明自己的工作经验（申请职位）；第三部分表示希望可以获得进一步信息，或者面试机会，并表示感谢。

（3）建议句型：

（1）应用文类型：摘要

（2）写作内容：提供文献内容梗概，不加评论和补充解释。

（3）注意事项： 时态方面，英文摘要写作应采用第三人称表达方式。在时态方面，大都采用一般现在时。当然考生在能保证语法正确的情况下，也可使用现在完成时或一般过去时。句型方面，英文摘要结构严谨，表达精炼。英文摘要应尽量使用短句，慎用长句。摘要的句型应力求简单，表意明确。

（2）写作内容：按题目要求写作，格式与信件相似。

（3）注意事项：语言不是非常正式，但仍然注意不可以随便写，切忌全部口语化写作。另外，便签写作不需要过多套话，把需表达意思说明就可以，但是如果有必要，一定要表示感谢。
