I can see the German bombers and fighters in the sky, who after sufferi ng severe losses in the aerial battle of En gla nd, now feel happy because they think they can easily beat the Russian air force without heavy loss.

we shall be strengthened and not weakened in determ in ati on and in resources.

We shall be more determined and shall make better and fuller use of our resources.

Let us redouble our exertions, and strike with un ited stre ngth while life and power rema in.

Let us strengthen our unity and our efforts in the flight against Nazi Germany when we have not yet bee n overwhelmed and whe n we are still powerful.
