摘 ;要：小讲课是住院医师规范化培训的重要的教学方式，是住院医师临床实践与理论知识的重要衔接。合理选题、科学设计是提高小讲课质量的关键。本文以呼吸科小讲课为例，从多个方面具体探讨了如何在呼吸科临床工作中改进小讲课的方式，提高小讲课的质量，旨在完善和丰富住院医师规范化培训的内涵。

[Abstract] Small lectures are an important teaching method for the standardized training of residents and an important connection between clinical practice and theoretical knowledge of residents.Rational topic selection and scientific design are the keys to improve the quality of small lectures.Taking the small lectures in the respiratory department as an example，this paper discusses how to improve the way of small lectures and improve the quality of small lectures in the clinical work of the respiratory department from multiple aspects in order to improve and enrich the connotation of standardized training for residents
