Current Situation of New Rural Construction in Guangdong Province—Problems and Solutions

Abstract There are still some worried problems， such as planning lag， resources wasting， serious pollution， low level of social management， lack of environmental awareness and other issues in the construction of Guangdong new rural. This article states using the concept of ecological civilization to lead the new rural construction， and gives some specific suggestions of comstructing ecdogical civilization.
