【摘要】目的：探讨细节管理在维持性血液透析护理中的应用及效果。方法：收集笔者所在医院就诊的120例血液透析患者，随机分为试验组和对照组，各60例。对照组患者给予基础护理，试验组患者在此基础上给予细节管理。观察并比较两组患者治疗后护理满意度及患者并发症发生率。结果：与对照组相比，试验组患者的护理满意度较高，并发症发生率较低，差异均有统计学意义（P
