员工职业生涯规划在企业中的应用研究

摘要:当今社会已经是知识经济时代,企业的发展越来越与职工的发展息息相关,企业只有在制度设计时充分考虑员工在企业中的发展,在企业中为员工设计相关的发展通道,才能够让员工充分发挥潜力,实现员工发展与企业成长共赢的局面。员工职业生涯规划是实现这个目标的一个比较有效的方法,本文通过职业生涯规划在S公司的应用,为如何在企业中实施员工职业生涯规划提供了一个可实践的思路。
