夜班护士静脉采血差错的原因分析与防范措施

【摘要】目的：探讨夜班护士静脉采集血标本的护理措施，杜绝差错的发生。方法：对32例夜班护士静脉采集血标本的差错进行分类，分析原因从而制定出相应的防范措施。结果：夜班护士静脉采血最常见的差错是标本溶血和标本凝集，这些差错的发生与护士的工作年限、经验有关，三查七对不严格是导致这些差错的主要原因。结论：要加强低年资护士的技能培训，严格执行三查七对。%Objective: To discuss the nursing measures of night shift nurses in venous blood colection to cease the mistake. Methods: Colecting 26 nursing errors of night shift nurses in venous blood colection during April 2013 to April 2014. Analyzing the cause of the 26 errors and formulating the corresponding preventive measures. Results: The hemolysis and agglutinate are the most common error. The errors are related to nurse’s work experience and mainly caused by bad three inspections and seven verifications. Conclusions: Low seniority nurses need more skils training and strict three inspections and seven verifications.
