河南省上市公司成长性评价研究——基于因子分析法王晖郑宏涛（河南理工大学经济管理学院，河南焦作454000）[摘要]企业的成长是一个动态的过程。具体评价企业成长性应着眼于两个方面，一是采用何种方法，二是如何建立评价指标。文章基于全面、综合、客观的原则，采用因子分析法，依据较为广泛的财务指标作为评价基础，对河南省30家A股上市公司的成长性进行了评价研究。结论表明，河南省已拥有一批行业地位显著、经营稳定、具有持续发展能力的优质上市公司，且传统行业也具有较大的成长潜力。但同时应看到，企业上市不等于持续成长，业态相似也不等于业绩相似。[关键词]因子分析；评价；成长性；上市公司；河南省[中图分类号] F272。5 [文献标识码] AEvaluation Studies on the Growth of Listed Companies in Henan Province——Based on Factor AnalysisWang HuiSchool of Economics and Management, Henan Polytechnic University, China, 454000Abstract: The development of enterprises is a dynamic process. To evaluate the growth of companies should focus on evaluation methods and the evaluation indexes. This paper adopts the method of factor analysis and selects the common finance indexes based on the overall, comprehensive, and objective principle to evaluate the growth of 30 listed companies in Henan province. The findings indicate that there are a number of fine listed companies which are of prominent industry position, stability of management, and capability for sustainable development in Henan province, and the traditional industries also have potential to grow.
