Now increasing attention has been focused on the blockers of the T-type calcium channel. It has not only the function of lowing blood pressure like traditional calcium channel blockers, but also some pharmacological activities such as inhibiting cardiac muscle autorhythmicity, anti-cardiovascular remodeling, renal protective action, and resistance to the sympathetic nervous. This paper summarizes the pharmacological activities, drug interaction, and side effects of T-type calcium channel blockers, which helps to understand the application status of the T type calcium channel blockers in clinical practice, and explore and develop new use value of T-type calcium channel blockers.Key words : T-type calcium channel blockers; clinical application; side effects 钙通道阻滞剂（CCBs ）是一类通过干扰细胞膜钙离子通道活性，阻断或减少膜外钙离子内流，降低胞浆钙离子水平而发挥其治疗作用的药物，主要用于高血压等心血管疾病的治疗。在国内外的多个指南中，钙通道阻滞剂在治疗高血压、心律失常等疾病时一线药物的地位均是明确和公认的，在临床中的使用也比较普遍。根据其药理学与电生理学特点，人体内的钙通道分为6种亚型，分别为L 、N 、P 、Q 、R 、T 型钙通道[1]。目前临床较常见的钙通道阻滞剂如硝苯地平、维拉帕米、地尔硫等均主要通过阻断L 型钙通道发挥其药理作用，而针对其他亚型钙通道阻滞剂的研究也在愈来愈多地引起重视。本文综述了近年来T 型钙通道阻滞剂在临床应用中的一些进展，以期对该类药物的临床使用和开发研究有所帮助。 1 降压作用与L 型钙通道相似，T 型钙通道主要分布在心肌和动脉血管平滑肌，机体通过钙通道的开闭调整钙离子的流向和钙离子在细胞（器）内外的浓度，从而激活心肌和血管平滑肌的兴奋–收缩偶联过程。这提示 收稿日期：2014-06-04基金项目：国家“重大新药创制”科技重大专项资助项目（2012ZX09303-008-001）；2010年国家临床重点专科建设项目 作者简介：高 柳，男，内科学硕士，从事心内科药物和临床研究。Tel: 188******** E-mail: fuwaigaol@163.com *通信作者 贾友宏，男，主任医师，主要从事心内科、药物临床评价研究。E-mail: yhjia2002@gmail.com
